Higher Education institutions are required to report hundreds of data points each year to various agencies on the demographics of students, outcome measures, financials, and more. This process is cumbersome, as it requires the merging and cleaning of large volumes of data from disparate sources. Creating workflows that can be run and replicated each year makes the process more straightforward, increases efficiency, and helps ensure accuracy of the data.

CEO Emily Coleman was invited to speak at The Connection conference about the effect the COVID-19 pandemic has had on prospective student perceptions and behavior. From communication needs and the importance of the campus visit, to the increasing financial impact, health and safety concerns, and the acceptance of online courses, there are implications for almost every school.

In December 2020, HAI hosted a webinar featuring Jim Panos, Senior VP of US Markets for EduCo International Group, which has developed best practices around international student recruitment. Jim shared these strategies and also provided insights on the current recruiting environment and made recommendations that US institutions can implement moving forward to ensure they continue to (or begin to) enroll a diverse and talented pool of students from markets outside the US.
