Meet the people behind HAI Analytics

Emily has 17 years of experience in building and implementing statistical models that help organizations address their biggest challenges in real time.
Prior to founding HAI Analytics, Emily was Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management Services at Maguire Associates, a research-based consulting firm. In this position, Emily led the company’s predictive modeling division and was a member of the senior leadership team. She has also worked within a large university setting, developing modeling strategies that fueled record applications and enrollments.
Emily holds a PhD in Social and Personality Psychology with a concentration in statistics from Cornell University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Boston College.

Jen brings over a decade of research and statistical experience to her role, including the use and implementation of machine learning and AI algorithms. Before co-founding HAI Analytics, she served as Associate Vice President at Maguire Associates, a research-based consulting firm. In this role, she helped to oversee the modeling division and built econometric models to help institutions meet their enrollment and financial goals.
Jen holds a master’s degree in Psychology, with a focus in statistics, from Brandeis University, and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elon University.
